Staite Henningsen Klein (SHK) was founded by three of Australia’s best-known executive recruitment industry professionals: Andrew Staite, Luke Henningsen and Dalia Klein. With over 30 years collective executive recruitment experience, the three established SHK to provide a tangibly different and improved service to employing organisations, candidates and contractors.

We'll invite you to participate in a Career Review prior to discussing any suitable market opportunities, to make sure you're absolutely clear about your longer-term career objectives, and that we truly understand you. The Career Review process will help structure your thinking about your future at work, facilitating more informed employment decisions.

We'll work hard to secure you assignments in line with your skills, experience and availability. We'll remain in contact with you whenever you are on assignment and encourage you to do the same between assignments.

If you're an executive contractor, you've worked with us before and you're between assignments, we'll take a proactive approach in the market to secure your next contract.
