Our staff make a commitment to support the communities that support them, presenting salient career guidance to students at schools and universities, providing counsel and support to those in need and recognising the difference they can make in shaping people's lives.

We embrace environmental sustainability and have measures in place to ensure we minimise waste and unnecessary use of resources.

• SHK uses GreenEnergy and where possible, promotes a paperless office. All lights and electrical equipment (including desktop and laptop computers) are turned off when not in use (and overnight).
• 94% of SHK staff walk, ride or catch public transport to work and all staff walk or catch public transport to client meetings whenever possible.
• All consulting staff are issued with laptops and PDAs to facilitate flexible working to minimise unnecessary transport.
