Will I have flexibility in my working hours and place of work?

Yes. We provide the latest tools to allow you to work flexibly. So long as you're in the office at key times and are achieving agreed results, we will leave it to you to effectively manage your time.


Do you operate an 'end to end' recruitment model?


Yes. We firmly believe that you need to fully understand your candidates and clients to be an outstanding executive recruiter. We offer in house research support to assist you to identify suitable pools of candidates for client assignments.


Will I have the opportunity to recruit permanent and contract positions?

Yes. While some consultants specialise in either executive search & selection or executive contracting, others work in hybrid portfolios.
