Many executive contractors indicate that their chosen style of working can at times be lonely. Because of the project-based nature of contracting, often you will not get the opportunity to build deep work relationships while on assignment.

SHK works to build a sense of community among its executive contractors. Your Consultant will explain how our Executive Careers facility operates and invite you to make use of this. We also host regular executive contractor events to enable you to get to know us better and meet other executive contractors.
