No. Unlike many of the large executive recruitment firms, who frequently do business with the vast majority of organisations in an industry sector, we believe it is important in a skills short market to have clear "search" targets. Working with a smaller pool of organisations means we are able to headhunt more of the candidates you need.

We want to ensure their motivations are clear before we start discussing job opportunities. This helps to reduce the number of applicants withdrawing from the recruitment process or resigning shortly after commencing in new roles.

Our founders have solid industry reputations and a depth of senior leadership experience. SHK does not aspire to become the biggest executive recruitment firm. How do you attract candidates?

Every assignment is different. We'll recommend a methodology that we believe will get you the outcome you need. For example, this may include elements of search, extensive networking and targeted advertising.

Unlike many of the global players who heavily promote press advertising, we are not wedded to any one particular method of candidate attraction.
