An opportunity has recently arisen to join this leading superannuation fund as a Manager – Data Integrity. The organisation offer a range of complex defined benefit and accumulation style funds and pride themselves on the level of service they provide to their member and employer base.

Your focus will be around increasing the efficiency of the data management system, implementing strategies to ensure the highest quality/accuracy of member data. Another key focus will be around the automation of a number of functions within the administration area. This position involves managing a large team split across technical and operational areas, with two direct reports. The team are focussed on the analysis and repair of any data issues to ensure that service standards are met.

We are seeking an individual with strong business acumen, an excellent communicator with strong relationship management and negotiation skills who will be able to liaise and influence a range of stakeholders. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role within another superannuation fund or financial services organisation gaining exposure to people management, process re-engineering and change management.
