Following a recent merger this growing fund is seeking to recruit a full new team in the member and employer services division. This Australian financial services leader is seeking a number of experienced Member Service Consultants to manage a range of client service and administration functions.

The position is ideal for someone who is currently in a member service role in super and would like the opportunity to gain some administration experience or equally for someone who enjoys the autonomy of managing both functions. In this role your principal responsibility will be managing the enquiries from members, employers and advisers relating to the organisations superannuation, investment and insurance products. You will be dealing with a range of complex matters and complaint handling. Responding to email and written correspondence is another key function of this position. You will also be involved in processing duties including the administration for superannuation withdrawals and payments; providing assistance to the administration teams.
