At SHK we are currently experiencing high demand for experienced Client Fund Administrators and Senior Fund Administrators for a number of our clients in the superannuation sector. We are representing a number of the key players in the market and are keen to speak to individuals with relevant industry experience.
As a Client Fund Administration you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of small to medium sized clients dealing with end to end administration and quality checking amongst other tasks. An ideal role for someone with strong client service skills who is keen to step away from a functionalised administration role. As a Senior Administrator you take responsibility for larger portfolios and will be involved in higher level administrative duties. You will also get involved in developing and mentoring the team of administration staff and will provide support and guidance with regards any escalated matters. You will be involved in managing the relationship with clients directly; this will include dealing with any issues and ensuring that service level agreements are achieved. Previous experience coordinating and managing annual reviews is preferred but not essential. These positions involve managing a range of complex funds; ranging from Defined Benefit, Accumulation and Hybrid style funds.
The Client Fund Administrator roles would suit those with at least 2 – 3 years superannuation processing experience, and the Senior Administration roles would suit those with a minimum of 4 – 5 years experience (including 12 months defined benefit experienced). There are currently a number of opportunities available across the corporate super sector and the industry superannuation funds. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about building a career in superannuation.
