Annie has in-depth experience in talent development, career transition and executive coaching gained in a range of sectors, including education, transport, health, telecommunications, retail, government, information technology, finance and banking. She is passionate about creating change, greater self-awareness, clarity and confidence, leading to better outcomes for both client and individual.
For over 15 years, including since joining SHK in 2014, Annie has worked with and supported individuals in their career transition, and provided coaching at the senior and middle management level in the areas of both career management and organisational retention.
Annie develops and delivers organisational development and career management services to meet specific client and company needs, encompassing the full life-cycle of organisational restructure from planning, communication and line manager training, through to the ongoing support of exiting employees.
Annie's expertise includes assisting organisations during periods of significant change, providing change management and strategic advice, delivering one-one career counsel, delivering workshops and group facilitation, and coaching.
Annie holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with Honours (Psychology) and a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.
