As a Partner in SHK’s Outplacement and Career Transition Practice, Bridget combines her deep experience as an allied health professional, human resources practitioner, executive coach and leadership consultant.
Bridget's career spans more than 25 years resulting in extensive global and industry exposure through working and learning in Australia, United States, United Kingdom, China and Singapore. She has worked within and consulted to a broad range of sectors including healthcare, retail, finance, forestry, manufacturing, agriculture, transport, government and packaging.
Bridget has worked as a Human Resources Consultant in the areas of Employee Relations, OHS, Learning & Development, Accident Compensation and Self Insurance. She became a regulatory expert across all jurisdictions in Australia while taking a special interest in culture and leadership.
Bridget’s highly developed people skills and specialty in maximising the potential of individuals, leaders, teams and organisations has been further enhanced by her strong interest and study in the area of coaching and leadership and practical application of neuroscience and social psychology research. She now enjoys achieving results with her clients through coaching, mentoring, consulting and learning facilitation in the areas of career transition and outplacement and executive coaching.
Bridget holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Occupational Therapy, a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations, is a Results Trained Coach with the Neuroleadership Institute and an Associate Certified Coach and member of the International Coach Federation.
