Jan has spent over 30 years in the human resources profession and has expertise in leading strategic initiatives that drive employee engagement, wellbeing and demonstrable improvement to organisational performance. Her passion is to support the individual at all levels, helping them to succeed in their career while ensuring a work-life balance by empathetically encouraging, guiding and motivating them to achieve both career success and holistic fulfilment.

In leading teams encompassing organisational development, learning and development, employee wellbeing, talent management, industrial relations and occupational health and safety, Jan has demonstrated a drive and willingness to constructively challenge the norms to continuously improve, and build more agile and change-resilient organisations.

Jan holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management & Industrial Relations, is a certified executive coach and holds a practitioner’s certificate in mediation.
