A Partner in SHK’s Senior Executive Legal, Risk and Governance practice, Sarah works alongside her clients across a range of sectors to identify and select Non-Executive Directors, General Counsel, Company Secretaries, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers and General Managers.
Sarah has over fifteen years’ experience as a strategic adviser to organisations, including state and federal government, ASX-listed corporations, family-owned enterprises, and not-for-profit organisations. Drawing on an extensive background in customer and market research, prior to joining SHK she was the Director, Strategy & Growth and an Executive Leadership team member for the Risk Assurance practice at a Big Four audit and accounting firm. Sarah has also served as a Ministerial Adviser to the Victorian Government, and has held several not-for-profit board positions.
Sarah brings perspective and insight to her search assignments. She can be counted on for candid, empathetic advice that focuses on sustainable success over the long term.
Sarah holds a Master of Marketing from University of South Australia, a Graduate Certificate in Business from the University of Adelaide, and a Bachelors Degree in Government from Dartmouth College (USA). She also has a Certificate of Governance and Risk Management from the Governance Institute of Australia, and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
