A new role of Chief Executive Officer has been created to grow the organisation to the next level.
About the role
Reporting to the Chair and Board, the CEO is responsible for the operational leadership and implementation of the strategic vision and plan of the Board. With a mandate for growth, the appointee will deliver impact and change, provide thought leadership to the Board on developing and improving strategic objectives, and build strategic capacity and business sustainability. The role will drive strategic partnerships, technology capability and the scalability of program delivery while creating a positive and productive working culture. Key to success in this role is leading financial performance and business viability while creating and driving the transformational growth platform.
You are an authentic and driven business or not-for-profit leader with a track record building sustainable and high-performing organisations. A relationship builder and effective at working with Boards, you are known for delivering strategic outcomes. Underpinning your operational and strategic leadership capabilities are your proven execution capabilities to deliver results, and your experience in implementing new technologies to drive impact. Compelling in interfacing with external stakeholders and with deep marketing and community outreach experience, you have the ability to develop, manage and grow partnerships. You are an exceptional people leader with the strategic agility, passion, gravitas and energy to take this ambitious organisation to the next level of growth.
