About the role
Reporting to, and collaborating with the Board, the CEO will inspire and champion new thinking as the Bank continues its transformation, including digital innovation, growth and optimising customer experience. Driving the development of Bank First’s strategic direction and vision in partnership with the Board, the CEO will lead with creativity and innovation to execute the business plan, monitor performance and report on delivery of strategy, financial, governance and operational objectives. A focus of the role will be further developing and embedding the Bank’s values to promote and protect the desired customer-first culture, a critical component to the Bank’s success.
You are a proven and authentic CEO or senior executive with a track record in successful transformation in the banking sector, with customer-owned banking experience, insight or knowledge. Your outstanding skills in strategic planning, implementing business strategy, diverse stakeholder management and change leadership are underpinned by your knowledge of financial risk and compliance, deep customer centricity, and understanding of digital innovation and Agile methodologies. Results-orientated, you are an emotionally intelligent, engaging and progressive leader with the gravitas, intellect and agility to bring to life Bank First’s core customer and community purpose.
