Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the PWR Board, the Chief Operating Officer will learn the business of the PWR Group, what makes it successful and how it operates. Critical to success in this role is acting as a guardian of the PWR culture and demonstrating the PWR DNA while looking at the bigger picture. In driving corporate strategy development, execution and business planning to grow shareholder value and manage risk, the position will have responsibility for the production, human resources, safety performance, information technology and quality certification functions for the Group.
With extensive experience ideally gained in an innovative manufacturing environment or related sector, you are a commercial, astute and authentic executive with proven expertise in business planning and execution. This includes in-depth knowledge of procurement concepts, processes, activities and trends. Your fascination with technology and passion for quality and production are complimented by your global and macro awareness. A focused, collegial and inspirational leader with the qualities to act as an ambassador, you are a people person with a track record of gaining buy-in to your vision.
