Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Corporate Finance Manager position is responsible for managing the general corporate, financial accounting and regulatory compliance activities which includes the preparation of statutory financial statements, general ledger maintenance, process improvement, internal controls and continuous liaison with auditors and regulatory bodies. Critical to the role is oversight of Regis’ insurance renewal and claims processes, treasury management procedures and regulatory compliance activities.
CA qualified, you have a minimum of five years statutory reporting experience within a big 4 auditing firm or a similar role within industry. You have a track record of working within highly regulated industries, preferably ASX listed businesses, and have a good understanding of complex government regulatory processes. Well organised, methodical, with a structured approach to planning and processes, you will actively support the Regis Group’s value proposition: “the support you need” whilst living up to their values of optimism, passion, integrity and respect.
