The Victorian TAFE Association (VTA) is the peak body for public vocational education and training (VET). With a 25 year history, the Association provides policy leadership and services for its members for TAFE Institutes and Dual sector Universities in Victoria.
Reporting to the Board, the Executive Director (ED) leads the organisation and represents members at state and federal levels. By developing and maintaining relationships at every level, the ED is able to advocate across a broad range of policy and funding issues. This highly empowered role leads an expert team and is accountable for the budget and operations of the association. The Executive Director will take a strategic perspective in identifying priority services and opportunities for innovation and diversification.
