Jobs Victoria helps Victorians find their way back to work and businesses find the people they need. Part of the Employment and Inclusion Group in the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions, Jobs Victoria delivers dynamic and integrated employment services to improve economic outcomes for people, business and communities.
About the role
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Executive Director Delivery provides operational leadership to Jobs Victoria. The position oversees a range of delivery functions and solutions, including program and contract management, regional coordination, operations, and recruitment services. Working collaboratively with peers and leading a highly capable team of experts, the role works in partnership with government, community, and industry stakeholders in delivering services that will drive inclusive employment outcomes and aid the state’s economic recovery.
Deeply familiar with service delivery, ideally in human services delivery settings, you are known for your engaging style, integrity and ability to balance multiple competing needs in complex, fast-paced environments. Your skill set encompasses operational and people leadership, performance reporting and process innovation. A trusted adviser, you embrace diversity, engage colleagues, empower your people and collaborate widely to find solutions. Proactive and able to navigate challenge and scope in a fluid context, you recognise the critical importance of Jobs Victoria in underpinning Victoria's economic recovery and success.
