Jemena is an Australian energy company that owns and operates an 11 billion dollar portfolio of electricity and gas assets across the east coast and northern Australia. Jemena supplies millions of households and businesses with these essential services every day.
The General Manager Asset Management provides strategic leadership, planning and direction to Jemena’s Electricity Distribution team in Victoria. It carries responsibility for the safety, reliability, efficiency, integrity and evolution of Jemena’s electricity assets – all while maintaining a strong focus on the customer. The role is also accountable for driving transformation of the network to a future grid which enables 2-way flows of electricity.
You are a tertiary qualified engineer, with senior management experience leading an asset management function within a high risk, critical service environment. A natural people leader and experienced leader of leaders, you are able to develop and execute long-term, enterprise-level asset strategies in rapidly changing markets, utilising technology innovations to improve asset performance and transform customer experience.
