About the role
The General Manager Service Futures (CIO) will lead a technology team focused on delivering contemporary platforms while fostering excellence in internal service provision. The role leverages extensive SME knowledge and experience to provide insights on emerging technology and trends, risks and opportunities, linking those insights to long term organisational strategies. The GM Service Futures will provide critical advice to the board and executives to inform strategic decision making. While having accountability for corporate and customer platforms, the GM will continue the digital transformation to build an intelligent water network using emerging technologies to monitor water quality and network reliability.

A strategic thinker, you engage effectively with the executive and board, and can clearly articulate the return-on-investment technology offers. Your career has been built on demonstrable leadership of technology functions with sustainable and consistent delivery.
