Delivering life-changing programs and services through various operations and businesses, a new opportunity exists for a talented marketing executive to join this high performing team.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, and leading a national team of more than twelve staff, this outstanding marketing and fundraising role will shape the team to provide best-practice strategic leadership of fundraising marketing to achieve a personal team target of $40M+ and support a broader team target of $130M+. Designing and implementing personalised multi-channel marketing campaigns (direct mail, eDM, SMS, telemarketing), products and propositions, lifecycle marketing programs, and fundraising marketing strategies, the appointee will utilise segmentation, CRM, channel strategies, campaign ROI metrics and marketing automation, while overseeing SEO, SEM, complex budgets and building a single supporter view and experience.
You are a best-practice fundraising marketing executive with experience working for large not-for-profit and fundraising organisations with significant supporter databases. An exceptional leader and team builder, you are adept at managing remote high-performance teams, developing budgets and liaising with senior management. Strategic thinking, digital marketing experience, and knowledge of CRM, segmentation, data modelling and single supporter view, underpin your track record driving large winning multi-channel marketing campaigns that achieve targets and grow revenue and supporters.
