About the role
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Marketing will develop and execute the go-to-market strategy from the ground up, with a heavy focus on digital marketing. Leveraging an experienced executive steering committee with a track record of results, the appointee will lead customer acquisition, segmentation and digital channels, including paid, social, search, display and affiliate partnerships. Key to the role is website management, including build, performance tracking and optimisation, content and design, as well as TV, press, direct mail and brand. The Head of marketing will apply a strategic and analytical approach to marketing investment, budget management, and campaign testing, to engage customers and drive continuous improvement.
Attracted to a start-up environment, you are a well-rounded, analytical and innovative services marketer with deep experience in the creation and execution of digital strategies. Your track record in managing customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value is underpinned by your ability to improve business metrics and efficiency of digital channels, and understanding of segmentation, lookalike audiences and tracking. Thriving in a commercial and customer-centric environment, your gravitas, digital marketing expertise, CX knowledge and hands-on approach will see you challenge the status quo and succeed in growing this role as the business expands.
