The role requires you to utilise your technical experience in managing and leading service providers and systems integrators whilst maintaining a cohesive engagement with the business to successfully maximise the opportunities afforded by technology. The position encompasses technology and business transformational projects, business as usual technical escalation; support, guidance and leadership, and a breadth of activity ranging from troubleshooting, client support and education through to design and architecture reviews. This is a real opportunity for the right individual to really make their mark in an organisation that leverages progressive and contemporary technologies to ensure a seamless experience is provided to its clients.
Your background in IT systems and infrastructure management and support is complemented by your well-developed communication skills. You are proud of your success in delivering highly robust and stable IT environments. With a capacity to articulate the value of state of the art technology infrastructure, your credibility is also supported by your client service focus. Having previously managed systems integrators/service providers you are comfortable holding your own in technical discussions and problem resolution.
