About the role
Reporting to the Head of People & Employee Relations, the Manager, Internal Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the internal communications strategy. Communicating internally across the business, the appointee will develop content, including executive interviews, senior leadership announcements and sustainability case studies, as well as supporting key change initiatives. This includes leveraging established channels and introducing appropriate new tools. Collaborating with key senior stakeholders, this position will also contribute to the development of brand communications.
Tertiary qualified, you are a high-calibre internal communications professional with deep expertise in strategy development and implementation. Presenting with outstanding formal and informal writing skills and a superior eye for detail, you have honed your skills in a large complex and fast paced environment, ideally from a capital-intensive or large ASX-listed organisation. A strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, you are resilient, action-orientated and own outcomes. A natural collaborator and team player, you are adept at fostering meaningful and productive relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.
