About the role
Based in the technology function of this organisation the role engage with the professional services teams to understand their needs and ensure they have the technology platforms that underpin successful delivery. The IT Relationship Manager is accountable for providing IT domain expertise to partner closely with areas in the firm including creative technologies, data and analytics, computational design and digital operations. The position entails developing strategy and roadmaps relevant to the business markets, identity potential commercial opportunities, and partner with the business to promote solutions that delivers to internal and external clients vision against the Digital Blueprint. The role engages with vendors as well as internal architecture and delivery teams in fulfilment of the business objectives.
With tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and several years in a similar IT engagement role you have demonstrably strong commercial acumen coupled with critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions. Your assured but modest interpersonal underpins your effectiveness in developing relationships. Your credibility has been achieved through delivering upon your promises particularly in executing multiple projects concurrently as you leverage project management qualifications such as PMBOK, Prince2 and/or Agile certifications.
