About the role
Reporting to the Associate Director, Research & Advancement Marketing Communications, the Marketing Manager (Research and Industry) will manage and inspire a team of professionals who work collaboratively across the University. The appointee will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aimed at showcasing the institution’s leadership in research and impact, including creating new local and global partnerships with leading organisations and researchers. Critical to the role’s success will be the delivery of strategies that engage government and industry audiences and drive global reputation, advocacy, acquisition and retention outcomes.
Ideally tertiary qualified in marketing or a related field, you possess significant experience in a senior B2B marketing leadership role, preferably from a research-centric or technical/complex organisation. Success in a highly nuanced stakeholder context will complement your ability to analyse complex data and insights to create compelling campaigns. A dynamic leader, you are highly outcomes focussed; and motivate and inspire others with your outstanding emotional intelligence, and strong relationship building and influencing skills.
