This organisation is an active manager of critical social infrastructure assets across Australia. They currently manage a number of long - term PPP infrastructure businesses on behalf of a diverse client base. This includes the delivery of new builds and upgrades on existing infrastructure within the judicial, defence, public transport and education sectors. The business was established by one of Australia’s largest investor organisation to be its delivery arm.
Responsibilities include overseeing and manage all medium and major social infrastructure building projects nationally. Responsibilities will include the coordination and implementation of project plans, performance monitoring, overseeing external service providers and specialist contractors/advisors, managing dispute resolution and develop risk management plans. The role will involve regular reporting to the senior executive team, development of project budgets and project cost management.
A highly regarded and experienced project delivery professional with extensive program management experience, you have a track record of managing small to large projects with a range of stakeholders, strong finance and budgeting skills with the ability to manage project costs. Ideally you will have experience working with government or large business entities and enjoy achieving strong commercial outcomes. Your ability to manage outsourced delivery teams is complemented by your skills in contract management and underpins your ability to deliver outstanding results. As a seasoned delivery professional, you are energised by the opportunity to not only deliver but also play a critical role in fostering a focus on continuous improvement.

Note this is not a technology/IT role. Candidates will have direct experience in the delivery of projects within the built environment sector i.e. construction of buildings.
