Reporting to and working closely with the Managing Director Asia Pacific, the Regional Sales Manager will lead the development and execution of regional sales and market strategies that will result in sustainable high return revenue growth. Managing a small team both in Australian and New Zealand, this role will be the face of the Australian market, providing commercial oversight and guidance on customer and channel development.
Ideally tertiary qualified, you are a polished energetic professional, with a track record of business development and sales growth within the packaging industry. You work autonomously while building and maintaining remote relationships. You are analytically minded, with strong business planning and budgeting skills, and are a strong stakeholder manager who thrives on working in an organisation where you have influence on strategy and product development.
