About the role
As a key leader within the finance function, the Senior Finance Manager will embed best practice financial reporting, tax compliance and accounting operations to ensure strong governance and informed decision making. The appointee will lead a small team with responsibility for statutory reporting and management accounting including performance commentary on key business drivers, business partnering for cost centres, and cash flow forecasting. The role will also work on a variety of ad hoc projects including the ongoing investment and development of contemporary financial systems and processes.
CA/CPA qualified you are a high calibre finance leader with strong technical skills that are complemented by keen business acumen. Having commenced your career in Big 4 or a mid-tier accounting firm you have subsequently honed your capability in a similar financial reporting role in a dynamic corporate environment. You have outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills, can apply mature analytical thinking to complex issues, and thrive on being empowered to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
