About the role
As a key member of the finance leadership team and reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager for Partnering & Insights will have full operational responsibility and accountability for the finance partnering, data analytics and business insights functions and teams. This includes owning, communicating and implementing the business intelligence strategy across the organisation, involving creating and leading an enterprise wide data governance group. The appointee will also develop and implement a finance business partnering model that sees finance partnering with senior and operational leaders to make informed strategic decisions, leveraging data points from the insights function.
CPA qualified, you are a customer-focused finance leader with extensive hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence with a track record of leading business partnering teams. With a background preferably gained in complex environments in the education, training or membership sectors, you have strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. Your exceptional financial modelling and business insights, collaborative style and well-honed influencing skills, will enable you to make a meaningful impact in this market-leading organisation.
