Regis Aged Care currently employs around 13,000 people, with approximately 12,000 reporting through its Operations Division.
About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Operating Officer leads operational performance across the residential aged care, home care, and retirement living portfolios. The role is responsible for the execution of company strategy, marketing, operational excellence, and financial outcomes for the Operations division. The COO will lead the integration of acquired businesses, ensure compliance within a complex and evolving regulatory environment, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO contributes to setting company strategy with the CEO and Board and will deputise for the CEO as required.
About you
You are an executive leader with proven experience in a large-scale, complex service organisation operating within a highly regulated environment. Your commercial acumen is demonstrated by your ability to manage large P&Ls, and you have prior experience in an ASX-listed or similarly governed organisation. You have led large workforces through transformation and cultural change, with a deep understanding of compliance, risk and governance frameworks. Your background includes managing M&A integrations or new service expansions, complemented by exceptional stakeholder engagement and Board-level reporting skills.
