SHK’s Outplacement & Career Management Practice delivers high touch, personalised and tailored services, taking a skilled and sensitive approach to helping individuals and organisations to navigate change and maximise potential.
We work with diverse organisations across metro and regional Australia and New Zealand to provide outplacement and redeployment support for both one-off departures and large-scale transition.
Our services assist both the organisation's leadership and departing employees by:
- Providing advice on the strategy and planning of restructuring projects, including line manager training and on the day support.
- Leveraging deeply experienced consultants and career coaches to ensure the expert delivery of programs. We do not use workshops. Our programs are delivered individually, and are holistic, practical and highly impactful.
- Managing all programs to a successful outcome with no time limit. Meaning we work with and support departing employees until they achieve their transition goal. This might be finding new permanent employment, establishing a consultancy or new business, or transitioning to a new life stage such as retirement.
