About the role
The Director – Office of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is an executive role providing strategic, governance, and operational leadership to support the CEO, Board, and Senior Executive Committee. You will lead a high-performing team, manage key government and stakeholder relationships, and ensure the delivery of timely, high-quality support and advice. This role is central to driving transformation and performance across Parks Victoria as a sounding board and trusted advisor to the CEO.
About the person
You are an experienced executive or Chief of Staff with a strong foundation in public administration, governance, or in similar, senior advisory roles. You bring a well-established network across government and policy sectors and are recognised for your ability to navigate complex environments to deliver meaningful outcomes. Known for your strategic thinking, sound judgement and collaborative leadership, you work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You lead with integrity and are committed to building a high-performing, values-driven culture that supports innovation, accountability and continuous improvement. You seek to deliver real outcomes for the people of Victoria.
