ISHK's Job Share Coaching program provides support when two or more individuals choose to work flexibly in one position that requires full coverage.

We explore and agree on the job share working practices, and establish systems and processes to optimise the partnership and enable it to be ‘seamless’.
This program is designed to enable each person in the job share to develop a strong understanding of themselves and each other’s styles, strengths, development areas and values, and to develop a picture of what the partnership offers as a ‘package’.
