About the role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the General Manager People and Culture is a key member of the senior leadership team delivering a transformational change and business improvement agenda. A trusted adviser to the CEO, the appointee will develop and implement a program of fit-for-purpose people initiatives to enhance employee engagement, and support delivery of the organisation’s strategic and operational commitments. Alongside overseeing the delivery of these programs, the General Manager, People and Culture will lead the human resources team to strengthen the function, provide a high-quality service to leaders and employees, and strengthen Care Connect’s reputation as a great place to work.
About you
You are a highly regarded and engaging human resources leader with deep expertise across the full scope of people challenges in service-based, highly regulated environments. With extensive knowledge of the relevant industrial relations context, you are known to be a value-adding business partner with outstanding judgement and a balanced perspective on complex people issues. Experienced in shaping a highly respected service that meets the changing needs of the business, you have a strong track record in driving the ongoing development of human resources systems, processes and practices. Leverage your proactive and positive leadership style, alongside your desire to make a significant impact, in this leading home care services provider.
