About the organisation
This ASX Top 200 company, headquartered in Melbourne, is a global force in its sector with a clear purpose and strong international presence. Under the direction of an inspirational CEO and as a senior member of a highly-regarded CFO’s team, the organisation is embarking on a reset-to-grow strategy designed to strengthen governance, unlock efficiencies, and enable scale. With finance at the centre of this program, a major transformation, including a major systems upgrade, is underway. This is a rare opportunity to join a listed organisation in a phase of renewal, working with a leadership team that combines strategic vision with a collaborative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
About the role

Partnering closely with the Commercial Finance Director, you will embed best practice, streamline processes, and ensure finance is positioned as a true enabler of the organisation’s growth strategy. You will also contribute to M&A and corporate finance activity.
About you
You are a CA/CPA-qualified senior finance leader who combines technical excellence with commercial acumen and strong people leadership. With experience gained in ASX-listed or multinational organisations and/or the Big 4, you bring deep expertise in statutory and ASX reporting, audit, and governance, alongside broader capability in tax, treasury, cashflow, and shared services. Importantly, you are an authentic leader who inspires and develops teams, builds trusted stakeholder relationships, and communicates complex matters with clarity. Adaptable and proactive, you thrive in dynamic environments, bring curiosity and innovation to challenges, and balance purpose with commercial outcomes.
