About the role
Reporting to the General Manager Commercial, the Head of Solution Sales will play a key role in identifying new market opportunities, designing customer-centric solutions, and driving revenue growth across diverse sectors. Leading a high-performing business development team focused on achieving revenue growth targets, the appointee will expand the organisation’s services and solutions through new and existing customer and partnership growth, as well as developing customised education programs and workforce development initiatives. This role is pivotal in aligning commercial strategy with industry needs and ensuring the delivery of impactful, scalable solutions.
About you
You are a commercially savvy leader with a track record in B2B sales and business development growth, ideally within the education, professional services, management consulting or other relevant B2B services sectors. You have a proven ability to lead teams, grow new and existing business, and deliver complex, high-value solutions. Your strengths include identifying and developing new market opportunities, a deep understanding of solution-based selling and client engagement, and experience managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and performance metrics. A strong people leader and coach, and excellent communicator, negotiator, and stakeholder manager, you thrive in environments that are entrepreneurial, innovative, and collaborative, where you can deliver measurable outcomes.
