About the role
Reporting to the Executive Director, Growth and leading a high performing team of business development managers, the Head of Industry Solutions is responsible for leading the design, development and delivery of innovative, industry-aligned training and workforce development solutions. This role acts as a strategic interface between BKI and key industry sectors, ensuring that assessment, education and training offerings are responsive to current and emerging workforce needs. The appointee will drive collaboration across teaching and assessing departments, business development, and external stakeholders to co-create solutions that enhance employability, productivity and economic participation.
About you
You are a proven B2B business development leader with a track record growing new business through complex solution-selling within the RTO, GTO, VET or other relevant education, training or services sectors. You possess strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering cross-sector partnerships and co designed client solutions with measurable impact. Underpinning your success building new and existing business, are your ability to motivate growth teams, knowledge of CRM for pipeline and lead management, data quality, and process improvements; and excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Your strong leadership and team development capabilities, relationship building skills and ability to deliver in a dynamic environment, will see you succeed in this transformative opportunity.
