About the role
The Head of Sales is a newly created role, working closely with the Managing Director to set and drive the organisation’s national sales strategy. This is a hands-on position formulated to expand the company’s presence across wholesale, distribution and retail channels whilst building a strong national partner network. The role requires a leader who can win major accounts directly and secure long-term commercial agreements, as well as put in place the blueprint for sustained growth. With demand for energy-efficient solutions rapidly accelerating, this is a pivotal opportunity to shape the company’s growth trajectory.
About you
You are an accomplished sales leader within the building materials and construction sector, with a proven track record of driving growth across distribution channels, wholesale trade, architects/specifiers, and retail, while building strong commercial relationships with senior stakeholders. Known for your ability to negotiate and deliver results in competitive markets, you bring the experience and market insight needed to drive sales and open new channels. Highly adaptable and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, you thrive by leading sales from the front—winning business directly whilst building a future focused high-performing team.
