About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Sales Director will lead the development and evolution of the global third-party sales strategy, driving revenue and profit growth through wholesale, marketplaces and distribution partners. Inspiring a small, high-performing team, the appointee will define revenue models, pricing structures and channel strategies, while shaping go-to-market plans and segmentation approach to maximise sales and profitability. Leveraging an analytical data-driven approach, the role will identify new opportunities, refine value propositions, and collaborate closely with marketing, product and global teams to deliver rapid execution and scalable results.


About you

You are a commercially minded sales leader with a track record growing wholesale and distribution sales and profit, in lifestyle, apparel, fashion, consumer or health and beauty sectors. Skilled in developing sales strategies, and go-to-market and channel revenue growth plans, you excel in sales forecasting and P&L budget management. You are a data-driven people leader, skilled in developing sustainable growth strategies, market and competitive analysis and pricing, and segmentation models that achieve targets. With experience across FMCG, pharmacy, mass market, and department store customers, you understand their complex buying processes. A passion for sustainability and impact will see you thrive in this unique global growth opportunity.
