About the role
Based in Victoria and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Senior Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new business across either greenfield or brownfield opportunities, depending on your expertise and strengths. The role will involve identifying and engaging developers and builders for new projects, or working with owners corporations, strata managers, and asset managers to unlock value in existing sites. Operating within a high-performing national sales team, the position plays a key role in expanding the organisation’s embedded networks portfolio and supporting its broader growth strategy in a competitive and fast-evolving market.
About you
You are a results-driven professional with a proven background in selling complex solutions into builders or developers, owners corporations or strata managers, or building owners or asset managers. Commercially minded and confident navigating long sales cycles, you have a dynamic attitude and a track record of independently identifying and converting new business opportunities. With an entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience working with senior executives and decision makers, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the prospect of joining a business at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
