About the role
Working within the Group Risk and Compliance function, this position will drive the development and enhancement of compliance frameworks, policies, and reporting mechanisms across divisions. It involves monitoring regulatory changes, developing compliance tools, and aligning business processes with complex legal obligations. The role will foster collaboration with corporate teams and divisional stakeholders, providing practical guidance and solutions while escalating and documenting any critical compliance issues. Additionally, the position contributes to the development of compliance metrics and training materials, ensuring consistent improvement and awareness in line with organisational standards.

You are an experienced compliance professional with significant experience in regulated Australian industries. You bring deep expertise in regulatory compliance management and a proven ability to translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic business processes. With strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, you are confident working across all organisational levels and can synthesise data insights to support decision-making.
