About the role
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Social Media and Content Manager is a newly created role that will spearhead the organisation’s global social media and digital marketing strategy. This includes building and managing affiliate programs and improving influencers’ strategy and management. The appointee will optimise and accelerate social and web content to boost online visibility, engage target audiences, drive growth and marketing engagement, and showcase social media impact on sales. Communication and collaboration will be the key to success, working with a range of stakeholders to deliver engaging social content that achieves results.
About you
You are an experienced social media marketing expert with a strong track record in a similar role. You have well-established social media and digital marketing skills, with the ability to interpret and maximise the use of market data, a track record creating on-brand content that drives reach, and photography production and editing skills in developing successful digital plans and affiliate programs. Your deep understanding of google analytics, social monitoring tools, content and social media management, include knowledge of paid social and influencer engagement, negotiation strategies and placement planning. You possess positive energy, a deep passion for social media, and genuine desire to strive for meaningful outcomes for end consumers.
