ALFRED LIPINSKI

Alfred is an internationally experienced Human Resources executive who has led major organisation transformations and restructures, mergers and acquisitions and driven high performance cultural change across multiple geographies throughout Australia, New Zealand, Europe and the Middle East. 

He has a breadth of experience gained within public and private companies across a broad range of industries including FMCG, food and motor vehicle manufacturing, petro-chemical, steel distribution, snack foods, telecommunications and electronics, pharmaceutical, construction and financial services.

Alfred has spent his last 35 years in the human resources profession. His expertise in HR strategy, culture change, change management and communication, talent and career management, organisation and leadership development, coaching and mentoring and HR consulting has allowed him to enjoy success in transforming people’s careers and building organisation capability across all levels.

He has coached and led corporate and geographically dispersed HR teams as a HR Director and has extensive experience working in partnership and close counsel with CEO’s, senior executives and professionals locally and internationally across small, medium and large complex and matrixed organisations.

Alfred builds trusting relationships and takes a pragmatic, deeply insightful and empathetic approach from both a client, employer, and leadership perspective. A key focus is to quickly ensure individuals build confidence to best represent their own high-performance capabilities and experience within organisations and future employers and have clarity in successfully managing their careers and achieving their full potential as authentic and value-based leaders.

Alfred holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management and has a wide variety of interests including a passion for cars, competitive tennis, golf, snow skiing, music and travel.
