Annie is Head of Delivery for SHK's Career Transition and Outplacement Practice. Annie brings practice experience, knowledge and insights from 15 years’ consulting in organisational development, performance and leadership, which enables her to add additional value in strategically partnering with organisations and clients and assisting them through growth, change, and transition.

With extensive experience in consulting and as an executive coach across all industry sectors, Annie understands the challenges of leadership through change and transformation. Annie is passionate about candidate care, having worked in career transition for 20 years, striving to ensure self-awareness translates to self-belief, optimal skill utilisation and good career planning. Merging her background in organisational consulting and coaching, Annie is highly skilled at identifying organisational needs and ensuring skill and culture alignment. Annie strongly believes being anchored with empathetic active listening skills and strong commercial experience builds relationships leading to positive change.
