DALIA KLEIN

Dalia Klein is a founding Director of SHK. She has 25 years’ experience in executive search and selection, specialising in Chief Customer, Marketing, Communications and Sales appointments and their direct reports. In addition to her customer, marketing, communications and sales specialty, she also undertakes select senior executive appointments, including Chief Advancement and Executive Officers. Prior to founding SHK in 2007, Dalia was a senior manager at one of the world’s largest executive human capital firms where she was employed for almost 11 years. Dalia worked in professional services with Grant Thornton International prior.

Dalia has strong industry networks across all sectors and a consistent track record of successful appointments in the senior executive market, sourcing talent from within Australia and across international talent markets. She partners with C-suite executives, boards and leadership teams across all sectors, including ASX organisations, global businesses, start-up organisations, private enterprise, not-for-profits, and education and government clients to deliver on senior assignments.

Dalia is acknowledged by clients and candidates for the judgment and insight she brings to her search and selection practice along with her candidate and client care. Dalia has longstanding, trusted relationships with her clients, working in close collaboration to ensure she delivers optimal outcomes and value, and protects the reputation, brand and goodwill of her clients. Dalia enjoys providing career management advice and guidance to her candidates, and over many years in executive search has assisted many to progress and ‘move on and up’ into more senior leadership roles.

Dalia has held a directorship on the SHK Board since its inception. Dalia holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia and completed the post-graduate certification qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
