Evett is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 5,000 hours of coaching experience supporting professionals, leaders and executives across Australia, New Zealand, North America, Europe and Asia. She has partnered with individuals across diverse industries, cultures and organisational environments, helping people navigate change, unlock potential and create meaningful professional and personal growth.

Known for her warm, authentic and highly personalised approach, Evett helps people navigate career transition, leadership challenges and periods of uncertainty with greater clarity, confidence and self-belief. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all methodology, she works alongside each individual to understand their unique strengths, values, motivations and definition of success, helping them move forward in a way that is both meaningful and sustainable.

Evett is recognised for her ability to build trust quickly and create psychologically safe environments where honest conversations, insight and growth can occur. She brings a strong commitment to neuro-inclusion, allyship and human-centered leadership, with a particular ability to translate between different perspectives, experiences and ways of thinking. Prior to coaching, Evett worked across career development, employability, education and people-focused advisory roles, including designing and delivering employability programs within higher education. She holds a Bachelor of Psychological Science, Graduate Certificate in Applied Coaching, Diplomas in Counselling, Human Resources, Business and Advertising, along with qualifications in Career Development.
