Jessica is an accomplished executive and leadership coach who works with individuals, teams, and organisations to enhance potential, team dynamics and performance. Over the past fifteen years, Jessica has delivered systemic organisational coaching programs and interventions utilising evidence-based coaching methodologies and best practises to underpin her work.

Jessica’s extensive evidence-based group development work includes supporting global executive teams and boards to support newly formed and established teams to communicate, collaborate, innovate and deliver optimum purpose driven organisational leadership outcomes. Jessica is focused on providing leaders with the right skills and tools to build stronger teams, drive innovation and create thriving workplace cultures. Her work empowers effective leadership and influencing skills to drive change with resilience, embrace emotional intelligence and support leadership capability uplifts to develop future-ready leaders.

Jessica’s previous career was with the arts and, as a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), she now combines art and science to enhance her work in the corporate sector. Jessica encourages her clients to be the experts of their own learning, development and career journey and uses the principals of behaviour change and goal theory to support people to realise their potential. Jessica holds a Master of Applied Science degree, The Psychology of Coaching, from The University of Sydney. She is also an accredited practitioner in tools such as Hogan, Facet5, DiSC, MBTI and the Mental Toughness MTQ tool.
