With over two decades in executive roles leading high performing teams and talent development initiatives, through transformations and restructures, Kamm has personally navigated the complexity of organisational change. This first-hand experience gives her a deep empathy for the challenges people face during career transitions and enables her to provide authentic and practical support as individuals prepare for their next career chapter.
In her role as Senior Career Consultant and Executive Coach, Kamm delivers one-on-one personalised executive and career transition coaching to support individuals at all levels. She partners with people to build confidence and courage, helping them clarify their strengths, articulate their value, and take meaningful action toward their career goals. Her approach combines practical preparation with mindset development, enabling individuals to navigate uncertainty and embrace new opportunities with resilience.
Kamm's extensive background in talent mapping, development programs, and business transformation provides her with strong commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of what organisations seek in talent. Known for her humanistic style and ability to build trust and rapport quickly, Kamm creates a safe environment for self-discovery and growth. She is passionate about empowering people to realise their potential and strives to develop open, honest and authentic relationships throughout the coaching journey.
Kamm holds a Bachelor of Humanities from La Trobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from RMIT. She has completed leadership programs with AGSM, Melbourne Business School, and News Corp. Kamm is a certified executive and team coach (IECL) and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. A Marketing Academy alumna, she is now part of its Coaching Faculty in Australia. She is accredited in Resilience Coaching (PR6), the 4 Stages of Psychological Safety (Leader Factor) and The Leadership Circle Profile, and has certifications in Strengths Profile and TalentPredix™.
