KAREN DOUGLAS

Karen is a personable and dedicated career management professional with 25 years’ experience in career management, talent management and recruitment.

As a coach and trainer, she specialises in assisting individuals through periods of organisational and personal change, providing comprehensive career coaching to address individual needs.

Karen has delivered of career coaching and training programs for 1000's of employees up to senior executive level within private, government and non-for-profit organisations. She has also successfully provided on-site support and outsourced redeployment services for large corporations.

Her approach brings together education, counselling and coaching and provides a supportive environment for individuals to focus on their career and life goals. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their next ideal role.

Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts, Psychology from Macquarie University, along with formal qualifications in Mental Health and a Workplace Assessment and Training. Furthermore, she has completed formal training in executive, career and life coaching.

She is also accredited in a range of career assessments, including the Talent Predix, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and SHL’s occupational assessments.
